Stillwater opens up tourney play in La Crosse with a 76-41 win over my alma mater La Crosse Central. Coach Randy Jordan has his guys going on full cylinders it looks like. Stillwater plays Central archrival La Crosse Logan in their final pool game later in the weekend. Let's hope that score is just as bad. :) At least that game isn't at The Swamp. Logan's fieldhouse is my least favorite basketball facility on the planet. So much for my beloved Red Raiders.
Chaska and Shakopee are also in La Crosse. One of Shakopee trio of 2011 kids, Ethan Petrill is out with a injured ankle. Pump N Run will need him to give Aaron Ziman some minutes of rest during July.
